ALWAYS FREE RETURNS
At Yusma, customer satisfaction is our top priority !. If you feel that the product you are receiving is damaged in any way or if you are not happy 100% of the item (s) received, please contact us immediately at info@yusma.com to request an RMA (Refund of Asset Authorization). Refund requests can be initiated within the “My Account” section. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the post.
Return shipping costs to voluntary refunds are the buyer’s responsibility. A secure and secure shipping method is recommended as we will not deal with unattended goods in our Lahore warehouse.
All returned items must be NEW AND UNABLE. Any items purchased with a coupon code or approval can not be refunded.
In case of damaged, expired or other items we will ask for pictures of the product and depending on each case we may not need the product returned.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed promptly. In the event that you prefer to apply the refund amount to your next order, the store credit will be deducted from your account and may be used for future purchases. All refund orders must be approved and returned with RMA, (refund authorization for sale). Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Please note, it may take another 2-3 days for your financial institution to show the repayment debt (non-Pakistani citizens only) back to your account.
In the event that you pay by bank deposit, your refund may be processed by bank transfer. We will require you to email your account details in order for us to have a permanent and clear record of your refund request. The standard processing time for such refunds is up to 7 working days.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the return was the result of our mistake.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Contact us at info@yusma.com If your order has not been shipped or left in our warehouse, we can process the cancellation immediately. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, Yusma will not be able to cancel an order once it has been removed from our warehouse. In order to provide our customers with fast delivery, most orders are delivered to our place within 24 hours of order delivery.
